By RV into the world’s oldest national park: from Salt Lake City via Logan and turquoise Bear Lake to Jackson, through Grand Teton with Jenny Lake, Mormon Row and Oxbow Bend to Yellowstone – West Thumb, Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Norris, Mammoth Hot Springs, Lamar Valley at dawn for the bison, then the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and Hayden Valley. Back via West Yellowstone, Mesa Falls, Idaho Falls and the hot springs of Lava Hot Springs. 1,521 kilometres, rarely more than 110 a day inside the parks.
